Subscription boxes are great! Too often the same brands and products get the spotlight (due to good PR and/or good quality). You can argue that good products do not need advertisement because they speak for themselves but the reality of the green beauty world is that a vast amount of excellent products can be left unnoticed. It is not time or money efficient to try every Etsy store so subscription boxes can come in handy because they can introduce you to the artisan brands which have been hand picked and trialled.
I had my eyes on Pure Natural Box for a while now. I was a bit hesitant with December 2016 edition, however, I was too intrigued with the latest edition I could not miss it!
Pure Natural Box comes every 3 months and the boxes are limited. It is not a subscription service however if you want a box you need to be quick before they are all gone! Organic, natural, cruelty free and paraben free products will cost you £28.95 (£25/box +£3.95 P&P) with the overall value of the box guaranteed to be over £50. Subscribers to the mailing list and Instagram followers will get a sneak peek at the upcoming products in the box - perfect for those mega picky people (like me) who do not like being surprised with products they might not like.

Honesty Protect Nourishing Cleanse Balm RRP £15 for 90ml
This cleanser is made with only 4 ingredients! None of the unnecessary ingredients or magical shrubs, only effective and appropriate constituents. With calming colloidal oatmeal and anti-inflammatory apricot oil, this cleanser is great for every skin type.
Ingredients: Butyrospermum Parkii (shea butter), Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil (apricot kernel oil), Avena Sativa (oat) Kernel Flour, Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E).

Honesty Renew Antioxidant Night Oil RRP £25 for 30ml
Made with 10 antioxidant oil complex to repair, protect and nourish the skin. This oil is great for oily skin - the ingredients like grapeseed, jojoba and meadowfoam oils are very calming and non-greasy and the overall comedogenic score is low. There are also some less known ingredients such as blueberry, cucumber and black seeds oils yet the price is still pocket-friendly.

Living Naturally Organic Soapnut Shells RRP £7.99 for 225g
Do you have something that you were planning to try for a very long time but somehow never manage to do it? For me, that would be soapnuts! I learnt about the awesomeness of soapnuts when I went "green" (and that was almost 6 years ago) yet I just could not get round to try the nature's own safe, organic, mild yet effective detergent. Funny enough, I was the most excited to get these bad guys from the box! In the tube (which should last you for 108 washes!!!) you will also find a small muslin bag for soapnuts and leaflets letting you know about other potential uses of soapnuts and the respective recipes. So far I have only used soapnuts once when I spilt my supergreen smoothie on couch cushions - and it all came off! Now I want to see if I can use soapnuts without fabric softener but adding some essential oils to washing.

Scentered Love Therapy Balm RRP £14.50 for 5g
This stick is a must have for aromatherapy lovers! Formulated with top notes of rose, cedarwood and patchouli, this balm is designed to promote the feelings of harmony, peace and love. The twist up stick format is excellent for the handbag and equally great for a work desk or bedside stand. The butter base ensures the skin is non-greasy yet the aroma delivery is still excellent. I have acquired a few of the Scentered balms and I hope my collection will grow further! My favourite way of using these is to pop some product on my wrist before heading to bed and smell the delicate aroma as I am falling asleep. I hope one day the brand will remove beeswax from the formulation and will use a vegan alternative!

Gerlinde Organics Natural Witch Hazel Deodorant RRP £7.50 for 30ml
Deodorant is a rare finding in a subscription box, however, this field is not very explored by me hence I was happy to receive it. The blend of eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon and juniper is very energising and fun. This deodorant is aluminium, alum, potassium and bicarbonate soda free.

Per Purr Relax Soap 30g (RRP €14.90 for 120g)
A small sample size soap is always great for travelling, to keep in the guest bathroom or simply pop near the sink or bathtub. Made with raw and cold pressed ingredients, this soap smells of lavender, which helps to soothe and calm the skin and mood. Small lavender leaves add a nice touch.
